Odvjetnički ured - Maja Klarić

Maja Klarić

I am Maja Klarić, an attorney with an office based in Zadar.

In my work, I provide professional and reliable legal support to individuals and legal entities seeking to regulate their property law matters, real estate transactions, or those involved in a lawsuit, as well as those who wish to prevent disputes in a timely manner.

I am particularly focused on land registry law and contract law, and the regulation of ownership rights.

In addition to my legal practice, I also act as a mediator in situations where parties wish to resolve a dispute through agreement rather than court proceedings.

Areas of Expertise

Services

I provide legal services in Zadar and the wider Zadar County area, with a personalized approach and a focus on clarity, legal certainty, and professionalism. In working with clients, I prioritize practical and sustainable legal solutions, especially in matters concerning real estate, land registry law, and contractual relations.

Services

For Entrepreneurs

In business, decisions often have to be made quickly, while it takes time to build trust. That is why legal certainty is not a formality, but the foundation of stable business operations. I provide support to entrepreneurs and sole traders who seek organised and secure business practices — from drafting and reviewing contracts, regulating relations with partners and employees, to resolving disagreements and mediation. The goal is simple: to allow you to focus on your work, knowing that your legal foundations are clear and well-structured.

Mediation – A Way to Find Solutions, Not Complications

Disputes often arise not only from legal issues, but also from feelings of injustice, broken trust, or misunderstanding.

Mediation provides an opportunity to rebuild communication — with the guidance of a neutral mediator who ensures that both parties are heard and that long-standing tensions are addressed constructively.

During mediation, both sides engage in an open conversation facilitated by the mediator, whose role is to help identify interests, clarify issues, and guide the discussion toward a solution that makes sense for everyone involved.

There are no judgments and no imposed decisions — the outcome is an agreement that you shape yourselves, one that can be implemented immediately in practice.

Mediation is particularly valuable when it involves relationships worth preserving — whether in matters of property, family, or business cooperation.
