I am Maja Klarić, an attorney at law and mediator based in Zadar.
I help individuals and legal entities resolve legal issues in a clear, comprehensible, and sustainable way.
Before opening my own law office, I worked as a trainee lawyer in a law firm and later as a legal advisor in the Land Registry Department of the Municipal Court in Zadar. Next, I continued my career as an attorney at law in another law office.
Each of these experiences shaped my professional approach and enabled me to view legal processes from different perspectives — both through the work of a court advisor and through legal practice.
Throughout my career, I have developed a broad range of legal skills, such as drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents(contracts, agreements, wills, and submissions), representing clients in land registry, civil, and administrative proceedings. I have managed complex cases before courts and administrative bodies.
My work is primarily dedicated to land registry law, contracts, and property ownership — from preparing and verifying agreements to resolving ownership issues and conducting land registry renewal procedures.
I also handle inheritance matters, which are often closely connected to property and ownership rights.
As I was working as a legal advisor in the Land Registry Department of the Municipal Court in Zadar, I have developed a strong sense of analytical reasoning and fact-based decision-making.
Today, these skills help me to approach every case from multiple angles and to find solutions that are practical, sustainable, and in the best interest of my clients.
In my work, I strive to combine legal precision with an understanding of the real-world needs of the people who seek my advice.

Alongside my legal work, I am a registered mediator with the Center for Peaceful Dispute Resolution and listed as a mediator with the Croatian Mediation Association (HUM).
